What if I want to pick up my items?
No Problem! Just select Customer Pickup as you go through the check out process. Be advised we will hold your order for 3 days to allow you time to pick up your items.
How customized can my product be?
The only limit is your imagination! You can pick from the available options on the product page or send us a request once your order has been placed if you need anything that's not listed. We will do our best to accomadate!
How long will it take to receive my product?
For our local Charlotte clients there is a 2 week turn around time so that way your order can be received, processed and created to your specifications.
For our clients that require shipping this will be depend upon a few factors including the time needed for our shipping partners to deliver your order. Please use our Contact Us page prior to placing your order.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the customized nature of our products we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges once the product has been completed. All sales are final.
Can I change my order?
Absolutely! Before we begin creating your order we can make minor changes. All changes must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed.
